Job summary

Mexatol Corp. in Carmona, Cavite is seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair on production machinery. You will document maintenance activities, coordinate with production to minimize downtime, and uphold strict safety practices.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in manufacturing, familiarity with CNC and conventional milling/lathe machines, and is willing to work OT. Relocation near Carmona is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Technology, Industrial Technology, or related vocational course.
• NC II certification or electrical license is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC milling, CNC lathe, and conventional machines.
• Familiar with industrial electrical systems, motors and machine controls.
• Willing to render overtime; residing near Carmona.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment per schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).
• Support equipment installation, setup, calibration, and commissioning.
