Job summary

SMDC is seeking a Property Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of the Cluster through the Property Management Company, covering facilities management, security, housekeeping, equipment operations, customer service, finance and admin.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Cluster through the Property Management Company.
• Ensure brand standards are maintained consistently across all managed properties.
• Maintains a constructive and highly interactive relationship with other SMDC business units to ensure smooth transition from developer to condo corp.
• Assists in establishing and implementing organizational strategies, goals and objectives to ensure efficient operations.
• Reviews and approves the annual budgets for property management offices and individual properties prior to submission for fiscal approval.
• Builds a quality team of property management personnel and establishes a track record for SMDC as a quality real estate management service provider.

Job description

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Cluster thru the Property Management Company to include facilities management, security, housekeeping, equipment operations, customer service, finance and admin.

- Ensure that brand standards are maintained consistently across all managed properties.

- Maintains a constructive and highly interactive relationship with other Business Units of SMDC (Project Development / Engineering / Quality Assurance and Buyers Turn-over Unit) to ensure the smooth transition from Developer to Condo Corp.

- Assists in the establishment and implementation of Company organizational strategies, goals and

objectives to ensure efficient operations.

- Reviews and approves the annual budgets for the property management offices and individual properties prior to submission to SMDC Administration and Finance Head and Property Management Head for fiscal approval.

- Build a quality team of property management personnel and establish a track record for the Company as a quality real estate management service provider
