Responsibilities include preparing bar foods, appetizers, and late-night menu items with attention to plating, portion control, and food safety; you should work well under peak hours and events and maintain kitchen cleanliness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Cook, preferably in a club, bar, lounge, or high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, and portion control.
• Experience in preparing bar food, appetizers, and late-night menu items.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume club environment, during peak hours and events.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, proper storage, and kitchen cleanliness; strong teamwork and discipline.
