Ample Success HR is seeking a seasoned Vulnerability Management lead to drive end-to-end security remediation across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform. You will define strategy, lead a team, and ensure timely closure of vulnerabilities.

This role emphasizes cloud security posture, vulnerability scanning, prioritization, and hands-on remediation, with Azure ~70% focus and GCP ~30%, plus governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of overall experience in Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, or Vulnerability Management.
• Majority of the 5–8 years in Vulnerability Management, Vulnerability Assessment, Remediation Governance, and Security Operations.
• Strong Microsoft Azure exposure, ~70%, with working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ~30%.
• Proven leadership experience in managing vulnerability management programs, remediation tracking, stakeholder governance, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vulnerability Management function across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Define strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Mentor and guide vulnerability management team.
• Act as escalation point for critical vulnerabilities.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, assessment, prioritization, and remediation.
• Ensure closure of vulnerabilities within defined SLAs.
• Manage vulnerability lifecycle: Discovery → Assessment → Remediation → Reporting.
• Drive automation and reporting dashboards.
