Job summary

Changan Auto Mexico is seeking a passionate SRE Engineer to thrive in cloud environments, solve complex challenges, and contribute to reliable, scalable infrastructure for connected mobility.

In this role you will manage public cloud platforms, ensure production reliability, monitor systems, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive automation with engineering teams worldwide. English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, software engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SRE, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Huawei Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Alibaba Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases (MySQL, Redis, Kafka, MongoDB).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Prometheus.
• Understanding of high-availability architectures, cloud operations, and incident management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Native or bilingual English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across public cloud platforms.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems.
• Monitor applications, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Execute system maintenance, upgrades, and operational support.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable and secure services.
• Support cloud security and operational best practices.
