Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with data privacy and regional compliance frameworks (APPs, PDPA, GDPR, PCI, PII).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across ANZ and SEA.
• Hands-on deployment and configuration of cloud security platforms (Netskope).
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud Security Platform implementations across ANZ and SEA.
• Develop detailed project plans with tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate the piloting of hyper-care and help design new processes.
• Perform deployment, configuration, and integration of Netskope components.
• Create customer-facing technical documentation and knowledge base content.
• Enable customer teams to operate Netskope features independently.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure timely delivery and SLA adherence.
