Total Information Management Corp. is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to design, implement, and govern enterprise cloud security solutions.
This role leads cloud security initiatives, develops security architecture standards, manages security risks, and ensures the organization's cloud environment remains secure, compliant, and resilient against evolving cyber threats. The Cloud Security Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise cloud security solutions. This role leads cloud security initiatives, develops security architecture standards, manages security risks, and ensures the organization's cloud environment remains secure, compliant, and resilient against evolving cyber threats.
Monitoring & Detection:
Monitor cloud security alerts, dashboards, and logs for anomalies or policy violations.
Review and triage security findings from cloud-native security tools (posture management, threat detection).
Tune detection rules to reduce false positives and improve signal quality.
Review access logs and audit traits for unusual or unauthorized activity.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering, or Computer Science/Information Technology.
With at least 3 years of IT Security experience.
With Certification Requirements:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
CompTIA Security+
Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
ITIL Certification
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
Knowledgeable about Cloud Computing Fundamentals:
Service Models such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and the shared responsibility model for each.
Deployment Models such as public, private, hybrid, or multi-cloud.
