NTT DATA Payment Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and optimize cloud environments supporting our business operations in the Philippines. You will manage backup, HA, DR, and BCP, and administer IAM services, AD, and related infrastructure.
The role requires strong AWS expertise, security standards, incident management, runbooks, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable, scalable cloud solutions.
Design, implement, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure environments and virtualized systems to support business operations and growth.
Manage and continuously improve cloud backup, high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity strategies.
Administer and support cloud-based identity and access management services, Active Directory (AD), Domain Controllers, Group Policies (GPOs), and related infrastructure services.
Provide a technical support, troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex infrastructure and cloud-related issues within established SLAs.
Provide emergency response, coordination, and on-call support as required to ensure service availability and operational continuity.
Resolve and manage advanced service requests, incidents, and change requests in accordance with service management processes and service level agreements.
Monitor cloud platforms, virtualized environments, systems, applications, and infrastructure using monitoring and log management tools; investiga te alerts and perform escalation when necessary.
Review, maintain, and update technical documentation, operational procedures, system inventories, and infrastructure records.
Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), installation guides, maintenance activities, and operational runbooks.
Perform cloud platform provisioning, operating system deployment, server installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance activities.
Administer, monitor, and optimize cloud resources, including compute, storage, networking, security, and platform services.
Lead and participate in infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, disaster recovery exercises, and service improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards across cloud environments.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support business and technology initiatives.
Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and replacement.
Perform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or relevant fields.
Advance Knowledge and experience in AWS Cloud administration.
Ability to perform advance server, storage and back-up build ups.
Ability to perform advanced AWS Cloud operational tasks.
Ability to create and improve server security standards.
Ability to create Intermediate server, storage and back-up design and architecture.
Ability to perform advance functional analysis and investigation on AWS Environment related issues.
Ability to perform daily health checks and monitoring activities on AWS services.
Ability to create and modify intermediate PowerShell Scripts and Infra as a code.
Good understanding of Network topologies and platforms.
Experience in handling PCI DSS Audit is a plus.
Experience with a payment gateway industry is a plus.
Experience with containerization is a plus.
Knowledgeable with ITIL Process.
