Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and implement scalable big data architectures across on-premises and cloud environments. You will work closely with analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define architecture aligned with use cases and requirements.

The role requires hands-on experience with Databricks or Snowflake, proficiency in Python and SQL, and a strong understanding of data warehousing and BI concepts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake or other comparable big data platforms.
• Programming with Python and SQL in big data solutions.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing, BI and data management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement on-premises and cloud big data infrastructure for high performance, security and stability.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers and stakeholders to define fitting data architecture.
• Innovate with proofs-of-concept and prototypes for new data technologies.
• Guide technical consultations as the big data subject matter expert.
