Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a CloudOps Engineer to manage and optimize multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and efficiency across mission-critical systems.

You will collaborate with SRE partners and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. You will act as escalation point, lead investigations and system administration, contribute to documentation, reporting, data analysis, and automation, and provide solution recommendations to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS, plus hands-on experience with at least one other public cloud platform (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud); design/architecting experience is a plus.
• Proven experience integrating DevOps and CI/CD practices across public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, GitLab, GitHub, Artifactory, Jenkins, TeamCity, Spinnaker) and deploying with platforms like Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience in technical customer success and support, particularly with systems platforms, infrastructure, and services.
• AWS or other relevant cloud certifications (preferred).
