Job summary

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited in the Philippines seeks a senior Python developer to build and maintain cloud-native microservices on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will design scalable services, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure connections within OCI ecosystems.

The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle technologies (OCI, ORDS, Autonomous DB) and Kubernetes, plus a track record of delivering reliable, well-documented software in a global context.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience developing cloud-based microservices, at least 2 with Oracle Cloud application services.
• 2 years of experience in containers (Docker and/or Kubernetes)
• Experience planning and implementing Cloud application services in a global multi-national environment.
• Proven track record of service excellence and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices with well-defined interfaces and modular architecture.
• Write clean, reusable code for scalability and performance.
• Administer Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and integrate services with Oracle technologies (OCI, Autonomous DB, OIC, ORDS).
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and manage service lifecycles with DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation.
