Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced ERP/Oracle Cloud specialist to lead design, integration, and optimization of Oracle-based solutions in a global enterprise. You will collaborate with OEA Lanes, KBUs, and external partners to implement scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, testing, and continual improvement across Oracle Cloud modules, with a focus on delivering value in a complex business environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with major ERP systems, with at least 3 years specifically with Oracle Cloud.
• A track record of successfully designing and delivering complex technical solutions in a global enterprise with a complex business environment.
• Experience with Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Redwood, and UI/UX design is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, OTBI, BIP, OIC, OCI, REST APIs, middleware, security, performance, and Apex.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assesses the technical landscape and ensures processes/integrations are optimally configured.
• Supports Arcadis 3rd party vendors in assessing & validating proposed solutions or creates proposed solutions to address incidents/problems.
• Key member of the Oracle Cloud quarterly update process and testing for apps in collaboration with KBUs and OOO Test Manager.
• Attends service calls with support partner to provide guidance on technical issues.
• Joins Oracle support sessions to actively influence Oracle product development and thereby improving business efficiency.
• Collaborates with Product Owners, BPOs, BPEs, and OOO C/I team to design and deliver continuous improvement projects in the Oracle applications portfolio.
• Owns technical solution development, documentation and including technical testing to ensure that solutions follow best design practices.
• Reviews proposed configuration changes designed by 3rd parties.
• Works with 3rd parties to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget & quality.
