Job summary

Mango Clothing Brand Philippines is seeking a creative Merchandiser to manage product presentation, visual displays, and inventory flow on the shop floor. The role focuses on ensuring brand standards are met and styling outfits to highlight key products for promotions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for fashion, knowledge of retail trends, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In-person work with potential for growth and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (For with experience)
• College or Bachelor’s degree for with no experience
• Previous visual merchandising or retail experience preferred
• Strong sense of style and attention to detail
• Ability to follow visual guidelines and execute floor plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and assist with display setup

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising standards, floor sets, and window displays
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to brand guidelines
• Style mannequins and create outfits to highlight key products and promotions
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment on the sales floor
• Collaborate with store management to support sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandising areas
• Assist with seasonal resets, promotions, and special events
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and company policies
