Job summary

Terranova Clothing Brand in the Philippines is seeking a Merchandiser for our store in Cebu City. You will organize visual merchandising, manage stock, and contribute to the store's in‑house visual strategy to attract customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year as a visual merchandiser or assistant, understands fast fashion retail, communicates well, and can lead and collaborate with the team. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as visual merchandiser or assistant merchandiser (minimum 1 year).
• Knowledge of fast fashion retail/clothing logic.
• Independent with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to delegate and control processes.
• English proficiency at least Intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Organize and control visual merchandising in the store.
• Maintain stock levels and stock control.
• Plan and analyze visual strategy in-store.
• Ensure standards and objectives for all departments are met.
• Support the Store Manager in applying visual standards.
