Qualifications

• Previous visual merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Strong sense of style and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow visual guidelines and execute floor plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and assist with display setup.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising standards, floor sets, and window displays
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to brand guidelines
• Style mannequins and create outfits to highlight key products and promotions
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment on the sales floor
• Collaborate with store management to support sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandising areas
• Assist with seasonal resets, promotions, and special events
