4C Medical Tech is a growing medical device company developing innovative technology for transcatheter mitral valve replacement. We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support the Clinical Operations team across regulatory documentation, payments, and device logistics.

You will coordinate site documentation, manage investigator meetings, and ensure audit-ready study files while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree; Life Sciences, Chemistry, Healthcare preferred.
• 2-5 years in clinical research or FDA-regulated healthcare.
• Knowledge of trial documentation requirements and operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication with sites, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Independently track and maintain site regulatory documentation.
• Track personnel documentation including CVs, trainings, credentials.
• Maintain investigational device accountability and trial procedures.
• Coordinate payments, invoices, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate device and trial materials shipments and returns.
• Assist in investigator meetings and training sessions.
• Provide cross-coverage to support other coordinators.
• Ensure audit-ready study files and timely data submissions.
