Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead clinical service lines, act as a clinical SME, and partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and scalable solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in direct patient care or clinical administration, RN or another clinical designation, BS/BA, and a graduate degree preferred; exposure to US revenue cycle and global delivery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in direct patient care or a clinical administrator role.
• RN or another clinical patient care designation.
• BS/BA required; a graduate degree in health, medicine, or nursing is preferred.
• Exposure to U.S. revenue cycle processes is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Clinical SME to drive operational excellence and solution delivery.
• Collaborate with VP of Coding and Clinical Service Line on strategy and content.
• Identify and track KPIs for clinical service lines and provide insights.
• Design and update clinical training programs with Education team.
• Support development of market-facing content and webinars.
