Job summary

Asian Hospital and Medical Center in Metro Manila is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide medication management services with other healthcare providers to ensure rational, safe and cost-effective drug therapy. The successful candidate will advise on drug product selection, design effective regimens and monitor therapy, collaborating across clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements include a BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Clinical Pharmacy, a clinical pharmacy specialty

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Pharmacy, preferably with one of the following: BS Clinical Pharmacy or Doctor of Clinical Pharmacy or Clinical Pharmacy specialty course certification.
• At least two (2) years' experience in clinical pharmacy practice in a tertiary hospital.
• PRC License for Pharmacy (Required).

Job description

• At least a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy preferably with any of the following:

  • Graduate of Doctor of Clinical Pharmacy
