Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related health field (Nutrition, Nursing, Biology, Pharmacology, etc.).
• Fresh graduates accepted; healthcare sales or medical promo experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate scientific information to healthcare professionals clearly.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and territory management abilities.
• Customer-focused with ability to work independently and with teams.
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions to increase brand awareness and product advocacy.
• Execute territory plans and ethical marketing initiatives to support growth.
• Deliver scientific, evidence-based product information through presentations and discussions.
• Organize healthcare engagements, medical education programs, and events in the territory.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade, and Supply Chain to ensure product availability and market execution.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to management.
• Maintain territory performance, customer records, and administrative reports timely and accurate.
• Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
