Job summary

Worldwide Resource Solutions Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced Nursing Leader to manage clinical teams serving healthcare travelers.

You will coordinate regulatory activities, mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and partner with clients to drive care standards. Must hold an active USRN and PRC, with 7+ years of nursing and at least one year in leadership; strong policy interpretation and teaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required (USRN and PRC)
• Associate degree in Nursing (minimum)
• 7+ years nursing experience
• Recent healthcare facility experience (within 3 years)
• At least 1 year of progressive leadership experience
• Knowledge of Joint Commission guidelines and processes
• Healthcare travel industry knowledge and credentialing

Responsibilities

• Field clinical questions from team members and respond quickly
• Create resources on clinical topics for internal/external customers
• Coordinate regulatory activities and on-site audits
• Counsel travel clinicians on incidents and performance evaluations
• Partner with clients to manage performance plans for travelers
• Participate in review committees and assist with third-party audits
• Develop, update and teach policy materials
• Review health documents and follow up as needed
• Contribute to monthly health-care traveler newsletters
• Interview and select candidates for hospital clients
• Lead the performance evaluation program for traveling providers
• Handle additional duties as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Field incoming clinical questions from team members and reply quickly


• Develop resources regarding clinical items for internal and external customers


• Assist with coordination of regulatory activities and onsite audits


• Counsel travel clinicians on incidents and performance evaluations


• Partner with clients to facilitate and manage performance plans for travelers


• Participate in review committee


• Assist with third party audits


• Policy creation, updating and teaching


• Review health documents and assist with follow up


• Contribute to monthly newsletter to distribute to health care travelers


• Interview and selection of candidates for hospital customers


• Conduct the performance evaluation program for traveling healthcare providers


• Additional responsibilities as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Licensure – Must hold and maintain current RN license (USRN and PRC)


• Education-Must have at a minimum an associate degree in Nursing


• Experience – A minimum of 7 years and hands on nursing experience


• Recent healthcare facility experience (within last 3 years)


• Minimum of one-year progressive leadership experience.


• Knowledge of healthcare travel industry and candidate credentialing


• Knowledge of Joint Commission guidelines and process


• Thorough knowledge of policy and procedure interpretation, writing and teaching


• Exceptional relational skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and teaching skills


• Able to manage multiple projects at once and keep strict attention to detail


• Adapt to frequent changes in workload and priority and organize these tasks effectively and without supervision
