Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical education or healthcare training.
• Strong wound care knowledge; experience with compression therapy and orthopedics valued.
• Skilled in delivering presentations and trainings to healthcare professionals.
• Commercial mindset with ability to support demand generation.
• Experience with both public and private healthcare institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education programs, workshops, and trainings virtually and in person.
• Support Sales with clinical expertise across the sales process.
• Develop educational activities to generate demand and growth.
• Build relationships with clinicians, nurses, physicians, and KOLs.
• Answer clinical and technical product inquiries from customers.
• Collaborate to identify best solutions for patients and outcomes.
• Contribute to clinical protocols, case studies, and educational materials.
• Participate in industry congresses and professional events.
• Stay current on wound care, compression therapy, orthopedics, and best practices.
