Job summary

Sutherland Global is hiring a Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate programs for teams supporting an AO Clinical Claim Program. The role ensures clinicians and staff acquire the skills to assess and process disability and clinical claims in line with client requirements.

Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Clinical Leadership to drive performance and knowledge retention through effective learning interventions.

Qualifications

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse with unrestricted US RN license (NCLEX passer).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in hospital, utilization review, or healthcare operations.
• Minimum 1 year training/learning & development experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended training sessions for clinical claims teams.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials and guides.
• Monitor trainee progress and effectiveness of training.
• Ensure training content aligns with healthcare regulations and client requirements.
• Report training metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
