Sutherland is seeking a Team Manager to lead USRN Clinical Claims Associates/Specialists supporting Accident & Occupational Clinical Claims. You will drive operational excellence, coach the team, and ensure accurate claims processing while complying with HIPAA and client standards.

You will manage performance, conduct reviews, and develop staff while maintaining high-quality, compliant processes and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in healthcare settings.
• 2+ years of people management experience in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of clinical claims teams.
• Lead, coach and develop Clinical Claims Associates/Specialists.
• Ensure HIPAA, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Support client discussions and provide performance updates.
• Identify and drive process improvements across teams.
