Job summary
Novotech seeks a Clinical Analytics Specialist to deliver analytics and reporting that underpin Clinical Reporting, Veeva, Obvio, and AI Tools & Automation. The role focuses on reporting, adoption, and compliance, developing clinical data reports and dashboards, and supporting the adoption of clinical systems across the organization while ensuring SOPs and data governance standards are met.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in a clinical role within CRO/pharma or healthcare analytics.
- 4–5 years in clinical analytics with leadership in reporting initiatives.
- Experience with data visualization tools and reporting techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, Macros/VBA, Power Query.
- Ability to work with data engineers and stakeholders to build data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop Veeva reporting and BI analytics to deliver clinical data visuals.
- Own and manage Veeva reports, triage requests, monitor SLAs.
- Provide training materials to support adoption of reporting tools.
- Ensure data governance, regulatory compliance, and data quality.
- Support data migration, validation, and UAT as needed.
- Lead adoption efforts and mentor Specialist team members.
