Optum Behavioral Care in the Philippines is seeking a Patient Navigator to deliver a compassionate, patient-centered experience for established patients seeking behavioral health services. You will serve as a subject matter expert for OBC providers, programs, and service lines, handling inbound inquiries and referrals by phone, web, or fax.

The role requires healthcare BPO experience, English fluency, and a willingness to work night shifts onsite in Alabang.

Qualifications

• Medical allied course graduate (Nursing, Psychology, Medical Technology).
• At least 12 months of Healthcare BPO experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive patient concerns.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Willing to work night shifts and onsite in Alabang.

Job Description

The role of a Patient Navigatoris responsible for delivering a timely, compassionate, and positive experience for established patients seeking services through Optum Behavioral Care (OBC). Serving as a subject matter expert for OBC providers, programs, and service lines, the Patient Navigator manages inbound inquiries and referrals received through live phone calls, scheduled callbacks, web forms, and fax/electronic referrals, while coordinating appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and medication refill requests for behavioral health services.
