Job summary

Versai Dermatology & Aesthetics in Rizal is seeking a Clinic Branch Manager to own the day-to-day operations of the flagship clinic, ensuring a consistently premium level of service and smooth patient flow. You will supervise staff, coordinate doctor schedules, front-desk activities, inventory and reporting, drive sales targets and patient retention, and maintain a professional, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, hospitality, premium service environment experience is an advantage.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills.
• Comfortable managing performance, attendance, standards, and accountability.
• Experience working with sales targets, revenue goals, or KPIs.
• Strong customer-service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Organized with ability to manage schedules, reports, inventory, payments, and operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations and workflow of the clinic branch.
• Supervise and coordinate Patient Care Coordinators, aestheticians, nurses, and other branch personnel.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, professionalism, workplace conduct, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate doctor schedules, patient appointments, treatment flow, staffing, and operational requirements.
• Maintain a consistently professional and premium patient experience.
• Handle patient concerns, complaints, escalations, and service-recovery situations.
• Monitor branch sales performance and support achievement of branch sales targets.
• Support patient retention, treatment-package monitoring, promotions, and customer relationship activities.
• Oversee front-desk operations and patient-coordination processes.
• Monitor POS transactions, collections, cash-handling procedures, daily sales reports, and operational documentation.
