The position requires at least one year in healthcare/QA/compliance settings, strong MS Office and internet skills, and readiness to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, with US time-zone hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience with healthcare-related firms (healthcare, QA, compliance, or group purchasing).
• Operate a PC, view screens, and type at least 35 WPM; proficient in basic Windows operations.
• Speak and write professionally and follow instructions.
• Establish working relationships with employees, clients, and candidates.
• Organize workload, multi-task, and work with urgency and efficiency.
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet usage.
• Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City office.
• Willing to work during US time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Job Order Uploading, Entry, and Maintenance within internal and external tech systems




• Pay Transparency Maintenance within Job Orders




• Special Projects and Other Duties as assigned




• Participate in special department projects and initiatives as assigned by Leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of successful experience with Medical Solutions/Aureus Medical or another firm with responsibilities associated with healthcare, quality assurance, compliance, or group purchasing.




• Utilize a touch-tone telephone, view a PC screen, type at least 35 words per minute, and demonstrate proficiency in basic Windows operations.




• Speak and write professionally and follow oral or written instructions.




• Establish a working relationship with employees, clients, and candidates.




• Organize workload, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency and efficiency.




• Use MS Office software applications and the Internet proficiently.




• Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City




• Must be willing to work during US time zone

Preferences:

• Degree in Business Administration, a healthcare field, or equivalent education/experience background desired.




• Remote role with a desired schedule to work United States Days or Nights, as assigned.
