Job summary

About the role

Support buyer growth, engagement, retention, and lifecycle initiatives while assisting with content and UGC strategies. Review and verify campaign orders and ensure compliance, and maintain daily reports and analyze campaign performance data.

About you

• Understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Amazon and Walmart
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Experience with Intercom, HubSpot, or similar tools (nice to have)
• Experience in growth marketing, affiliate marketing, or marketplaces (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or basic video editing (nice to have)
