Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in sales, loan processing, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn loan processing, sales documentation, client handling, and account monitoring.
• Good communication, coordination, interpersonal, customer-service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Capable of handling multiple accounts, client follow-ups, records, and deadlines while building relationships with clients, branches, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to perform fieldwork or branch support activities when required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in gathering, checking, organizing, encoding, and updating client requirements, loan applications, account details, and sales records.
• Guide clients on requirements and procedures, follow up incomplete documents, and monitor applications from endorsement and evaluation through approval, documentation, and release.
• Coordinate with branches, Sales, Credit Review, Loans Documentation, Customer Service, and other teams regarding pending requirements, account movement, and processing concerns.
• Maintain accurate trackers and reports, provide documentation and administrative support, and assist in sales, client follow-up, marketing, and branch activities.
• Safeguard confidential client records, comply with company, documentation, customer-handling, and data privacy standards, and elevate delayed or unresolved concerns.
