Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Client Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or Project Coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Airtable, reporting tools, and other client management systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Client-focused team player with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conduct discovery calls, understand client objectives, and maintain strong relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Oversee the planning, preparation, and successful execution of client events by coordinating timelines, logistics, staffing, and operational requirements with internal teams.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Practice Management teams to ensure accurate communication, alignment of deliverables, and seamless service delivery.
• Track registrations, maintain accurate client and participant records, prepare utilization and booking reports, and ensure data integrity across company systems.
• Gather client and participant feedback, analyze event outcomes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and program effectiveness.
