As the executive liaison, you will align company capabilities with client objectives, lead a cross-functional team, and guide client success initiatives to optimize service delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the BPO/Call Center industry.
• At least 7+ years in a senior leadership or client success role.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level clients and driving revenue growth.
• Strong ability to build executive-level client relationships and negotiate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive point of contact for client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement client success strategies to enhance experience and retention.
• Oversight of the Client Success team to meet production goals and drive performance.
• Lead business reviews and quarterly client meetings, presenting metrics and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure seamless service delivery.
