Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to accurately and efficiently process over-the-counter transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and related tasks in line with bank standards.

The role requires clear communication, a business-related degree, and at least basic branch operations exposure. Training and onsite work in Manila are provided by the department of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in branch operations, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willing to work onsite in Manila 1 Area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to clients, including promoting bank products and services.
• Performs other duties as required from time to time.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Manila 1 Area
