Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and numerical aptitude.

• Perform start and end of day banking activities.
• Process cash and check deposits/withdrawals, payments, and currency exchanges.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote Bank products and services.

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient, and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions. These transactions will include cash and check deposits or withdrawals, payments, foreign currency exchanges and othermiscellaneous transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform start and end of day banking activities
• Ensures compliance to the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Provides appropriate customer service to clients of the Bank and promoteBank’s products and services
• Performs all other tasks that may be required from time to time

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelors’ degree, preferably in aBusinesscourse; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Banking experience is an advantage
