Job summary

A consulting firm based in Taguig is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain client-focused reports. This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, as well as scripting abilities in Python or VBA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and ITIL certification. This position is onsite with a work schedule from 6AM to 3PM, and offers a salary of up to ₱60,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a reporting or data analysis role, preferably in telecommunications, or managed services.
• Hands-on involvement in process improvement through scripting, automation, or streamlining workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in producing client-facing reports (governance packs, SLA dashboards, utilisation reports).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver scheduled reports such as governance and service performance reports.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from client-facing teams.
• Analyze reporting outputs to provide actionable insights to improve service delivery.
