Job summary

Ameriprise India LLP seeks a Client Management professional to own onboarding and ongoing client service processes within assets management. You will coordinate with internal teams and transfer agents to ensure accurate service delivery and compliance with client agreements.

Responsibilities include handling client queries, managing documentation, and driving improvements in processes and controls, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in client service/onboarding within financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business management or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
• Ability to multi-task across applications such as Salesforce, Excel, Teams, Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders to resolve requests promptly.
• Attention to detail with thorough record keeping and follow-up.
• Excellent listening skills and an empathetic, assertive approach.
• Good self-organisation and time management under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding, implementation and change management with internal teams and transfer agents.
• Manage client queries, oversee cash flows and orders with internal teams/agents.
• Coordinate data requests and documentation for audits and due diligence.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and confidentiality; ensure timely communications.
• Coordinate client projects, track timelines and deliverables; provide MI and insights.
• Identify process improvements, automation opportunities and governance controls.
