Responsibilities include handling tickets, troubleshooting SEO issues, reviewing reports, and explaining recommendations in plain English. 1–2+ years of SEO experience and reliable internet are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profiles, keyword rankings, and technical SEO basics.
• Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or WordPress.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable speaking directly with U.S.-based clients.
• Able to confidently talk about SEO and explain recommendations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple client requests.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to client SEO support tickets.
• Troubleshoot SEO questions, ranking issues, and website concerns.
• Review websites, keyword rankings, Google Business Profiles, and SEO reports.
• Join client calls when needed to discuss and resolve SEO issues.
• Explain SEO concepts and recommendations in a simple, client-friendly way.
• Handle basic SEO updates and optimizations.
• Work with our SEO team on more technical issues.
• Follow up with clients and keep support requests organized.
