Job summary

Pinoy SEO is seeking an SEO Content Editor & WordPress Specialist with strong editorial judgment to review, edit, and publish content. You will ensure accuracy, readability, brand voice, SEO alignment, and quality across client accounts, using AI tools to support research and editing while applying human oversight.

You will upload and format posts in WordPress, optimize on-page elements, and maintain editorial logs. This is a contract, remote position with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Proven professional editing and content management experience.
• Strong WordPress knowledge with publishing workflow.
• Experience using AI tools to support editing and content review.
• Excellent English grammar, spelling, and editorial style.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Editorial & Content Quality: Review and edit articles, website copy, blogs, and pages for grammar, readability, and brand alignment; correct errors and ensure quality across client accounts.
• AI Tools & Workflow: Use ChatGPT and AI platforms for research, editing, rewriting, and efficiency while ensuring accuracy.
• WordPress & Web Publishing: Upload, format, edit, and publish content in WordPress; manage posts, metadata, and tags.
• SEO & Content Optimization: Review on-page SEO, keyword placement, and internal linking to improve performance.
• Corrections & Quality Control: Final editorial checkpoint, maintain logs and checklists, flag issues.
