Job summary

KBF Advisory is seeking a Controller for its PH Managed Accounting Services team in Alabang, five days a week. You will lead monthly closes, oversee revenue recording, cost accounting analyses, and supervision of staff, while coordinating with US leadership.

Candidates should have a CPA, a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, and at least 4 years in accounting management or controller roles, with GAAP expertise and experience with QuickBooks Online and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• CPA license required and active.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and staff supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for multiple clients.
• Record journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, and manage accruals.
• Review team work and ensure GAAP compliance and accuracy.
• Lead process improvements and coordinate with U.S.-based leadership.
• Monitor budgets and assist clients with financial reporting.
