Job summary

Clark Development Corporation seeks a data migration support specialist with an accounting background to assist clients migrating to BGL cloud products. You will liaise with Client Success and internal teams to resolve data issues and ensure onboarding runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting or a related degree (preferred).
• Experience with BGL Simple Fund 360 or SMSF software is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with clients and teams.
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and solve problems independently.
• Familiarity with BGL products or experience in data migration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through data migrations to BGL’s cloud products, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Partner with Client Success and internal teams to identify and resolve data issues.
• Use accounting knowledge to troubleshoot problems and protect sensitive client data.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
