Horizons - My Global Connection is hiring a full-time Client Engagement Associate to act as the primary contact between clients and internal teams supporting tax and accounting operations for US, Canada, and Australia. The role emphasizes timely inbox management, inquiry tracking, and weekly status updates.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role, a bachelor's degree, excellent English communication, and strong organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; interest in tax and accounting industry valued.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PDF and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn internal systems and suggest workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shared inbox with timely, professional client and internal communications.
• Track, follow up, and respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Provide weekly client status updates to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues or escalate when needed.
• Prepare and submit basic monthly reports.
• Maintain organized records of client communications and status updates.
• Develop working knowledge of internal systems (Microsoft Tools, Xero, TaxDome).
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement changes for efficiency.
