Job summary

ReSource Pro seeks a Client Development Support Analyst to assist Client Executives, Producers, and Agency Leadership. You will handle client relationships, manage insurance submissions, and coordinate CRM, reporting, and marketing activities to boost efficiency and new business opportunities.

You will also support calendar management, travel logistics, and cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communications across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years supporting commercial insurance operations or producer support.
  • Experience with EPIC Agency Management System.
  • Experience supporting executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.
  • Experience handling commercial insurance submissions.
  • Experience with ACORD forms and commercial insurance terminology.
  • Experience managing calendars and executive travel.
  • Experience supporting social media or marketing initiatives is preferred.
  • Salesforce CRM experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance terminology.
  • Familiarity with ACORD forms and submission workflows.
  • Proficiency in EPIC Agency Management System.

Responsibilities

  • Support Client Executives, Producers, and Agency Leadership in managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and enhancing client retention.
  • Coordinate client, prospect, stewardship, and internal strategy meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Manage executive calendars, inboxes, and administrative activities, ensuring meeting priorities and communications are effectively handled.
  • Organize travel arrangements, conference logistics, trade show participation, and other executive support functions.
  • Review, process, and track commercial insurance submissions, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Follow up with producers and prospects to obtain missing information and ensure timely submission completion.
  • Establish new accounts in EPIC and maintain organized electronic client files in accordance with agency standards.
  • Act as a liaison among producers, prospects, carriers, and internal service teams throughout the submission and quoting process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and EPIC, including accounts, opportunities, activities, policies, and client interactions.
  • Monitor and manage pipeline, Work-in-Progress (WIP), submission, and production reports to support business development efforts.
  • Track key sales and operational metrics, including submissions, hit ratios, bound premium, and other performance indicators.
  • Ensure data integrity, process compliance, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement of CRM and reporting practices.
  • Coordinate executive expense reports, travel arrangements, site visits, and other administrative requirements.
  • Facilitate internal communications and collaboration among Operations, Finance, Marketing, Service Delivery, and other departments.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting confirmations, status updates, acknowledgments, and operational reports.
  • Support onboarding activities and assist with special projects, process improvements, and business initiatives as assigned.
  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms to support agency branding and engagement efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing content calendar featuring agency achievements, carrier updates, industry insights, client success stories, and team accomplishments.
  • Support business development initiatives by maintaining marketing lists, monitoring shared inboxes, and coordinating prospect-related activities.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and promote marketing opportunities arising from client meetings, conferences, industry events, and successful placements.

Job Summary

The Client Development Support Analyst is responsible for providing proactive administrative, operational, and business development support to Client Executives, Producers, and Agency Leadership. This role combines client relationship support, commercial insurance submission management, executive assistance, CRM administration, pipeline reporting, and marketing coordination to improve operational efficiency, accelerate new business opportunities, and enhance client service. The position serves as a key liaison between producers, clients, carriers, and internal departments while ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and consistent execution of agency processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Service & Executive Support
  • Support Client Executives, Producers, and Agency Leadership in managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and enhancing client retention.
  • Coordinate client, prospect, stewardship, and internal strategy meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Manage executive calendars, inboxes, and administrative activities, ensuring meeting priorities and communications are effectively handled.

2. New Business Intake & Commercial Insurance Support

  • Establish new accounts in EPIC and maintain organized electronic client files in accordance with agency standards.
  • Act as a liaison among producers, prospects, carriers, and internal service teams throughout the submission and quoting process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and EPIC, including accounts, opportunities, activities, policies, and client interactions.
