Northern Trust in the Philippines seeks a senior professional to lead the Client Change Management unit, coordinating the Client Change and Transaction Application Maintenance teams. The role spans programme management, business analysis and consultancy, aligning change initiatives with strategic goals and regulatory directives.

You will drive execution, manage resources and mentor staff while partnering with Clients, Worldwide Technology, Operations and Product to realize benefits.

Formación

• A college or university degree is preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and manage client change initiatives from initiation to benefits realization.
• Collaborate with Clients, Implementations, Technology, Operations, RM and Product to deliver effective change.
• Lead programme and project management activities with accountability for delivery.
• Provide guidance on staffing, performance, and development for team members.
• Develop goals, plan work, set priorities, and ensure timely execution.
• Support budget planning and resource allocation for the function.
• Ensure governance and controls across change activities.
