Job summary

pj lhuillier group of companies seeks a Senior Client Care Leader in the Philippines to drive customer service, digital engagement, AI-enabled operations, and automation strategies that improve customer experience and efficiency.

Leading the Client Care Department, you will align with business units, technology teams, and external stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-quality service across all touchpoints while ensuring continuous improvement through analytics and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in client service, preferably in BPO/contact center
• At least 2–5 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity
• Experience leading a team and client services management within financial services is preferred
