Job summary

Global Staff Connections Inc. is seeking a Client Accounting Associate to maintain financial records, process transactions, perform reconciliations, and support year-end reporting.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as Xero. CP A qualification is preferred but not required; experience with Australian or Singaporean standards is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA qualification preferred but not required.
• 2–3 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with Australian or Singaporean standards preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain accounting transactions in the system.
• Perform reconciliations to ensure accurate records.
• Process journals and maintain data in accounting software.
• Assist in preparing year-end financial statements.
• Generate timely financial reports.
• Review and analyze financial information to identify discrepancies.
• Support various accounting functions and projects as required.
• Analyze data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Prepare quarterly and year-end reporting.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation.
