Job summary

Moxie is hiring a Traffic Manager to be the nerve center of Marketing Services' ClickUp queue. You will catch blocked tasks, chase missing information, and provide a real-time view of campaign status.

In this role, you will design dashboards, set SLAs, and build the processes that become the default way Moxie tracks marketing work as we scale, ensuring timely delivery and visibility across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as the 'glue' on a team—traffic, project coordination, ops.
• Able to learn ClickUp, HubSpot, CSP quickly to unblock tasks.
• Proven dashboard or reporting view builder used by teams.
• Energized by order and visibility, not doing creative work themselves.
• Judgment to distinguish systemic bottlenecks from individual tasks with data.

Responsibilities

• Fully ramp on Marketing Services' ClickUp structure and triage the daily task queue within weeks.
• Build a ClickUp dashboard showing task status, blockers, and overdue work.
• Own daily traffic management and resolve blocked tasks within SLA, improving turnaround.
• Establish repeatable processes for chasing missing information from onboarding managers and team members.
• Mature ClickUp dashboards into the team's primary source of truth with data-driven bottleneck visibility.
