Job summary

Topserve Service Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in Pasay City.

You will greet customers on arrival, answer questions, and promote products to drive in-store sales while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, processing stock from the warehouse, participating in inventory counts, introducing promotions, cross-selling, and building strong buying relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
• Willing to work on an on-call basis.
• Must have SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN.
• Open to working students.

Responsibilities

Job description

Sales Merchandiser - greet customers on arrival then assist the customer with any questions they have about the purchase they want to make. They often help the customer with returns, refunds, and resolve common complaints.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandiser and providing outstanding customer service.
• Achieving established goals. Increasing in store sales.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Participate in an inventory count of the store.
• Take merchandise that has arrived, unpack merchandise from the warehouse, check for damage or mislabeling, and get it where it needs to be.
• Must keep the shelves filled with products.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem.
• Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized.
• Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School Graduate.
• With or without experience.
• Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
• Willing to work on an ON-CALL basis.
• With SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN.
