Job summary

Siargao Human Resource Services in the Philippines seeks a maintenance supervisor to lead the maintenance team, coordinating daily tasks and ensuring both safety and regulatory compliance across electrical and mechanical systems.

You will perform hands-on repairs, implement preventive maintenance, supervise contractors, and work with production to minimize downtime while maintaining accurate logs and inventory. On-site role with performance-driven rewards.
