Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Background in property and casualty claims handling is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with reports and data.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and facilitate motor and non-motor insurance claims submitted by branches and clients.
• Validate claim requirements and ensure documentation is complete before endorsement to insurance providers.
• Monitor claims progress and coordinate with insurers, adjusters, branches, and clients until settlement.
• Prepare and maintain reports on outstanding, settled, and problematic claims.
• Assist in reviewing service level agreements and claims turnaround times with insurance partners.
• Provide guidance and support to branches on claims-related concerns and escalations.
• Communicate claims updates, best practices, and risk-prevention reminders to stakeholders.
