Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Claims Coordinator in Parañaque, Philippines working from home to support the Operations Department in processing vehicle and damage claims. The role involves coordinating with insurance carriers and brokers, preparing reports, and ensuring timely claim closures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the insurance industry, damage claims, and vehicle accidents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn custom software.
• Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining relationships with insurance carriers and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate damage and vehicle claims company-wide while supporting the Operations Department.
• Coordinate directly with insurance representatives, carriers, and brokers regarding claims and accidents.
• Prepare and present reports summarizing accidents, utility hits, damages, injuries, and near misses.
• Communicate with Construction Management via email and Microsoft Teams to gather required documentation.
• Submit claim information to insurance companies and consistently follow up with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely completion.
