Responsibilities

• Sign & seal of plans, drawings, and all necessary documents for permits.
• Conduct a site inspection, supervise, and monitor construction projects.
• Review construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and government regulations.
